MycoTEX shopper with light & NFC
MycoTEX shopper with light & NFC is developed thanks to a grant of the WEARsustain project. In this project we have improved the material in collaboration with Utrecht University and next to this we researched how to integrated electronic components in MycoTEX. The bag is our final result. It has lighting which responds to sound and an NFC chip directing you to this page.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Growing base material for the bag, materials used:
– TBD grams of mycelium
– 7,77 L of growing medium (incl. water)
– TBD amount of energy
– 250 Petri dishes
– 18 pipets

Producing the bag based on 3D modelling, materials used:
– 2 sheets of cardboard used from leftover boxes
– 5 balloons
– 20 sheets of clingfoil
